Tony Barber lives and work in the Yuba-Sutter area; and is the owner of All

Phase Systems Integration, Inc., an Electrical Contracting business in Olivehurst, CA. He

has 22 years of experience in the electrical industry; and as a small electrical company

owner, he manages approximately 3.5 million dollars in sales a year and responsible

for the employment of 18 staff members.

   Tony works with general contractors on design-build projects where he helps the General

Contractor bring together a complete project with the interest of the owner in mind. He

also works closely with investors and architects helping to bring development projects

through the design process. Most of his days are spent negotiating projects and

coordinating with city departments and utility companies to move existing projects

through the process of design to completion.

   As a community member, Tony has volunteered as President of Little League and

4-H Leader. He has also been a board member of a local Charter School. Most

recently he volunteered time umpiring baseball games for his nephew’s Little League

games. Tony is the father of two adult children and two grandchildren. He has five

nephews, one niece, and three adopted nieces that live in the Yuba Sutter area, so you

can often find him spending time with them and sometimes volunteering in their

activities.
