Matthew "John" Floe holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a "Leadership Fellow" from Sierra Health Foundation, University of San Francisco, and UC Davis with an emphasis in Health Care Leadership. His experience is focused on prevention for the past 30 years through local church, non-profits, and in the government sector by performing professional level functions involving the design, implementation and coordination of specialized components of Behavioral Health and Public Health programs, working towards building capacity in our community primarily on prevention modalities.

John served in the United States Air Force for 24 years, retired in 2004, and has been a resident of Olivehurst, CA since retiring.
