Rikki Shaffer is the past CEO of the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce, co-founder of Wide-Awake Geek, and current co-owner of Shaffer Consulting. Ms. Shaffer has more than 26 years of executive leadership experience and specializes in the development and launch of new ventures and assisting with the growth and enhancement of existing organizations through the strategic development process.

In addition to consulting, Rikki serves with multiple boards in the Yuba-Sutter area, as well as serves with the Soroptimist of Marysville-Yuba City. Of note is her work as the current board President of the Northern California Aerospace Initiative (NCAI).  NCAI is a non-profit organization started in 2014 to support and promote career pathways in the aerospace industry and is one of the founding partners of the AeroSTEM Academy.  

Rikki is also trained in Lean Six Sigma and has facilitated and participated in multiple lean processing projects that have resulted in substantial annual savings ($65,000 and up) per project.

Rikki resides in Northern CA with her husband and business partner, John.
